You can now :
1- record the bookings of walk-in customers in your Zenbook by clicking this button (on the right of the date and above your bookings list) or by clicking on a table in your floor plan. The only information to fill in is the number of covers.
You will then be able to create a customer sheet for this walk-in customer, complete their information (name, email...) and send over a review form.
For you information, the walk-in customer is symbolized by this icon
2- in anticipation of walk-in customers, you can block tables for them. To do so, click on the table, then select "block the table" in the left column.
Please note that you can only block a table if you have selected a shift above the floor plan. If you click a table under the "ALL" tab (all of the shifts), you will not be able to block it.
3- add at the end of the booking form the name of the employee who wrote it down. You can add your staff members in the settings ---> bookings.
