- Update of your search engine for existing clients
New: When you register a booking of an existing client in your database, our search tool will detect it as soon as you fill in the 4 first characters of the name, surname, email address or phone number (only the phone number will have to be complete for the search).
Activation: this feature is available from now on, you do not need to enable it in your settings.
Benefits: this will automatically fill-in the missing information for you on the form without having to enter the contact details yourself in order for you to save time. Moreover, this system will prevent from duplication of existing contacts and will help you gather a maximum of information about your client (number of bookings/no-show/cancellations/reviews/VIP status and so on).
- A customer database available and shared for all the restaurants of the same group
New: this feature enables multiple-owners who register a booking in a restaurant A from an existing client from restaurant B of the same group, to retrieve the information to fill-in the form.
Activation: this feature can be enabled in Settings --> My bookings.
Benefits: help welcome in the best possible way clients from the group.
- Gather contacts details from the last tracked call when you take a booking
New: thanks to the call tracking option, if you are on the phone with an existing client from your database or if the phone call ended less than 20 seconds ago, you can retrieve all the information in your booking form. If the phone number is unknown you can then create a new customer sheet that will automatically be saved in your database.
Activation: this feature requires that you have the call-tracking option enabled. If you do not have this feature, contact us at [email protected] and we will take care of it (for free).
Benefits: this system allows you to access more quickly to your existing customers' contact details or to record a new customer to be able to detect him from the number he contacted you from.
- Option to require a manager pin code
New: you can make mandatory the input of a manager pin code when your staff members register a new booking of more than a pre-defined number of covers.
Activation: this feature can be enabled directly from the settings button in your dashboard: Settings --> My Bookings. Please keep in mind that the default pin code is: 0000.
Benefits: this is particularly useful for the restaurants who have many staff members. This lock option enables you to avoid over-booking for example. You keep the power over which bookings you wish to accept or not.
- Printing of your booking list on IOS (iPad and iPhone)
New: this option was already available on the desktop version and is now free to use on your IOS apps.
