📝 Assigning and de-assigning tags
To use this feature, follow these simple steps:
- Log in to Zenchef : Log in to your Zenchef account using your login details.
- Access the customer file : Once you're logged in, access the customer file you want to tag.
- Default tags : You will see the default tags provided by Zenchef, such as Frequency, Allergies and dietary restrictions, VIP or relationship, "Blacklist", "No show", etc.
To assign one of these tags to a customer, simply click on the relevant tag.
To de-allocate a tag, click on the small cross to the right of the tag already allocated.
