Why is an integration with 'Assistent.ai' important?
Assistent.ai's solution allows phone traffic to be handled by an assistant when you/your staff cannot answer it themselves, thus freeing up extra time for your guests or other business.
What does the integration with 'Assistent.ai' include?
The restaurant has the ability to transfer the phone to the digital assistant. Assistent.ai is connected to the Zenchef API. The partner is able to retrieve availability and add reservations (with remarks) or answer frequently asked questions for connected restaurants. Reservations are made via Assistent.ai’s solution.
Reservations made via this partner will be tagged. That way, you can find out in your ZenchefOS which reservation service the reservation came through and how many reservations you generated over a period of time through this service.

The assistent is only available in English and German. This integration can currently only be offered to German customers. The partner will include the languages NL and FR in the future.
Because Assistent.ai uses its own tool for making reservations, not all functionalities that we support in the Zenchef widget are contained herein. Think of advance payments, credit card guarantee and others.
How do I set up the integration with 'Assistent.ai'?
You can activate the integration with Assistent.ai in your Zenchef environment via settings and the partner tab. You will find the partner under the category 'Reservation services'. Click on the connect button next to the partner. The partner will be able to retrieve the information of the restaurant.
