To block bookings for a given period and prevent booking requests being made during this time, go to your Zenchef dashboard and click on Settings on the right.
In the navigation bar, click on Reservations and then on Lock Period in the left-hand column.
In the navigation bar, below Bookings, click Closing periods.
Then you can create your closing period:
The name of the closure period will only be visible to you.
If you wish to add a message for your customers, you can add it as a comment. This message will appear on the booking module during the closure period.
Don't forget to click on "Create" to validate the closing period.
Once you have saved this modification, customers will no longer be able to choose to book on the dates entered.
