It is not possible to delete a review left by a customer. Indeed, unless there is clear evidence of malicious intent, we believe it is important not to manipulate the overall feedback expressed by the customers of our restaurant partners by removing any opinions deemed negative. Our goal is to ensure transparency and avoid any concealment.
Furthermore, please note that even negative reviews have their value as they allow internet users to assess your sportsmanship and your ability to accept criticism based on the response you provide. Moreover, they lend you legitimacy because a restaurant that only tallies positive opinions may appear suspicious.
However, if and only if a review contains offensive or defamatory language, if it is clearly made in bad faith, you can contact our Customer Success team (help@zenchef.com) who can remove it after review.
You can also ask the customer for their written consent to remove the review they left for you. This proof will be requested by our technical team.
