How can I answer a review of the e-reputation section?

In order to answer a review that is in your E-reputation section, you need to go to the online directory on which it was posted and sign up to it or just log in.

Please note that the e-reputation just gathers the reviews that were posted about you online and allows you to keep a close watch on your popularity online.
