When a customer reviews your restaurant, you receive an email. To answer the review, click Write a reply under the message you received.
You will be taken to your Zenchef dashboard; enter your login details (email and password) if necessary, then click Reply.
You can also answer the reviews directly from your Zenchef dashboard, in the ZENREVIEWS section and click Reply (under the review you want to answer).
Please note that the email containing the review is sent from support[email protected]. Consequently, don't reply the email that was sent from the sub mentioned address ( because in that case, the Customer Success Team will receive your response and not the customer). Make sure you reply the customer by replying ti their email address.
