The Reviews section gathers all the reviews left by your customers following a reservation in your restaurant, via the Zenchef booking widget of your website, mobile site or Facebook page.
These reviews can be expressed by customers only if their booking request has been confirmed by you from your Zenchef tools. The day after the customer’s visit, they receive an email asking for feedback.
The review left by the customer will be sent to you by email and will be available in your Zenchef dashboard, in the Reviews section.
The E-reputation section gathers all the reviews left by Internet users in different online directories (Tripadvisor, Yelp …) independently of any booking made via our widget. These reviews are not necessarily from customers who booked via your Zenchef tool. Consequently, chances are that you find reviews left prior to your Zenchef subscription.
The e-reputation also allows you to keep a close watch on your popularity online.
Please note that the reviews of your e-reputation section cannot be published on your website.
