To add a new recipients list, click Zenmarketing > List from your Dashboard.
You have two options:
1️⃣ You can add emails addresses manually, by clicking new list > then new empty list
Type the name of your list and click confirm. You will be redirected to your list, click create a recipient.
Add a least a phone number or an email address to send either a sms campaign or a newsletter and hit save at the bottom.
2️⃣ You can add your own file if you already have your own client list by clicking new list > from a file.
We inform you that you must have authorization of all the clients in your file to send them newsletters and/or sms campaigns and that you need to take full responsibility for adding them to your database.
Click import a new recipient list then type the name of the list and match each column with the corresponding information from your file. Pay particular attention to the email and phone columns to match them with the data from your file.
You are then redirected to your list with all the recipients that you can edit and delete if needed.
