💬 How can I create saved replies for guests reviews ?

If you regularly receive reviews, you can prepare in advance answers to the different categories of reviews you may get ( positive, négative... ).

To do so, go the Zenreviews section, and click onPredefined custom replies:

Then click on new reply recorded :

Add a title and write the response : 

And save.

Your saved replies will be available to respond reviews quicly : How to answer a review?
