To change an existing booking, go to Reservation book in the left column of your dashboard. On the right of the reservation that is to be changed, click the pencil icon.
When you click the pencil, a dropdown menu appears. You can cancel or amend the reservation from here. To change the booking information, click Edit.
When you select Edit, the following window opens up :
You can then change all of the data : the number of guests, the contact details, the date, the booking hour.... Just don't forget to save !
For your information, you can also send an email or a text message to notify the customer of the change by ticking the box, but make sure there's a mobile number and email address in the above fields before.
