We have updated the customer review page! You can now:
- Response more easily to your customer reviews by using the new navigation.
- Identify which day has more positives or negatives reviews this last week.
- Understand what are the problems on a shift by filtering with shift and date.
For your information:
- the evolution of your average score is computed on the last 30 days.
- a review is consider as negative if the score is < to 3 stars or positive if the score is >= to 3.
You can share a review on Twitter or Facebook and also print a list of reviews that you want to show to your teammate.
