Why is an integration with 'Nappkin' important?

With the link between Nappkin and Zenchef, reservations and table management run automatically synchronously. Deposits made through Zenchef will be automatically deducted from the bill.

 

What does the integration with 'Nappkin' include?

Reservations

When opening a table in Nappkin, Nappkin will display all ZenChef reservations and their details. The status of the reservation will not be updated to 'seated' in Zenchef.

If a walk-in is created in Nappkin, a walk-in reservation will be created in Zenchef.

Orderitems and average spend

When a bill has been marked as paid in Nappkin, the status of the reservation in Zenchef will be updated to 'finished'. You will be able to see the details of the bill (food and drinks) when editing the reservation and an average spend will be saved on the profile of the guest in Zenchef.

Deposit

If the guest has made a deposit via Zenchef it will appear as the first payment at checkout.

How do I set up the integration with 'Nappkin'?

  1. Activate the integration via https://app.zenchef.com/zw#/parameters/partners.
  2. Go to https://my.nappkin.nl/settings/integrations/zenchef and enter your Zenchef restaurantId.
