All there is to know about sms campaigns
💰The cost per sms is of 0,08€. You will be charged automatically, right after sending each campaign.
📩1️⃣ We allow you to send a campaign to one recipient list only, otherwise you would risk to send the campaign several times to the same clients.
⚠️⚠️ Be careful to NEVER send sms campaigns to clients who did not give you their approval. They have the option to reply STOP to the text message but this means that they would never receive a message from you in the future, which can be harmful for your business.
How to schedule a sms campaign?
Go to the Zenmarketing tab > sms campaigns and click on the orange button new campaign.
Step 1️⃣: global settings
First, give a title to your campaign this will enable you to find it among the list of all campaigns later on. For your information, this title is for private use only and will not be communicated to your clients.
👥 Select your recipients list to whom you want to send your campaign.
Step 2️⃣: edition of the campaign
🗃 If you don't know what to write, you can pick among the suggested contents written by our team and covering a range of various occasions.
✏️ Otherwise, you can start typing your 115 characters text message.
⛔️⛔️Be careful to avoid using special characters that could cut the content of your sms.⛔️⛔️
💬 A message will warn you each time you use a special character so you can modify it straight away.
📲 Before going to the next step, it is mandatory to send a test text message on to your mobile phone.
✅ Once you have tested all the links and made all modifications, you can click on next to schedule your campaign.
Step 3️⃣: schedule campaign
🔍 Check the summary of the campaign to make sure that you selected the right list of recipients. We inform you that the cost of the campaign might evolve if you schedule it for later, as you might have added recipients in the meantime.
📆 Select a date and time and click send.
📤 If you select now please know that there is always a 5 to 10 minutes delay for verifications and you will then find it in the sent tab.
🔜 If it is scheduled for later you will find it in the scheduled tab and you will be able to edit it or cancel it if needed.
