How to manage my booking requests?

When you receive a booking request, you will be notified of it through various notification methods that can be configured on the web version of your account here

 

Managing a new booking via notification

On your mobile:

  • Open the notification for a new booking by clicking on it.
  • Manage it directly by confirming it from the icon to manage at the top right:

It will appear in your Zenchef account, on your Zenbook, with a confirmed status.

Note 1: if you have opted for automatic confirmation, you will receive the notification without needing to confirm it afterwards.

 

Managing my bookings without going through the notification

By clicking on Zenhome, you will find all the booking requests awaiting your confirmation. You will then have the possibility to process them one by one.

 

confirm the booking directly by swiping your finger to the left on the booking.
