🔐 What is the manager code?

You can choose actions that require your approval by conditioning their validation on the entry of a manager code. These actions are as follows:

• 👥 Reservation when the number of guests is equal to or greater than the chosen number
• 🔒 Locking a reservation
• 🔓 Unlocking a reservation
• 📇 Preventing the modification/deletion of a customer record
• ⛔️ Show as fully booked
• Charge a customer
• Cancel modification
• Cancel a reservation
• Download customer file

To activate these options, simply go to your settings > Reservations > Manager code

1. Choose your manager code by clicking on "Update the manager code".

      2. Then enable/disable the options you wish to block : 

Similarly, all enabled actions cannot be performed without entering the code.

Don't forget to save once the modification is made.
