You can choose actions that require your approval by conditioning their validation on the entry of a manager code. These actions are as follows:
- đ„ Reservation when the number of guests is equal to or greater than the chosen number
- đ Locking a reservation
- đ Unlocking a reservation
- đ Preventing the modification/deletion of a customer record
- âïž Show as fully booked
- Charge a customer
- Cancel modification
- Cancel a reservation
- Download customer file
To activate these options, simply go to your settings > Reservations > Manager code
- Choose your manager code by clicking on "Update the manager code".
   2. Then enable/disable the options you wish to block :Â
Similarly, all enabled actions cannot be performed without entering the code.
Don't forget to save once the modification is made.

For example, if you enable the manager code to show as fully booked, you will need to enter the manager code to perform this operation:
