🏨 How to add companies and prescribers to my Zenchef account?

You can add information in advance on your Zenchef space about the companies and prescribers you deal with. This way, when you register a booking, you can choose the prescriber or company to which your clients belong in your form.

1. Add your clients' companies to your address book

Click on your ZenBook customer file, then click on Companies to add the names of the companies whose members often book in your establishment.

II. Add prescribers to your address book

In the same way that you can add companies to your address book, you can add prescribers (for example: hotels). The procedure to enter these contacts is the same as described above for companies.

❗ Attention❗ In order to see the Referrers and Companies fields in your reservation form ("Noter une réservation"), make sure to activate these fields in the Settings --> Reservations --> Book a reservation.

III. Create a company or a referrer from manual reservation creation

• Record your reservation from the Zenbook:

• Enter the information related to the company:

• The record will be created directly from the reservation, enter all the information and then click on: Create
