Add a memo :
To add a memo you just need to go to Zenbook from your dashboard. On the reservation book and floor plan views you will see a vertical banner on the right side of your screen:memos. At the bottom you will have the option to display all memos and to add new ones by clicking on the button .
You will just have to record:
- a title
- a color to differentiate it on your reservation book
- a start and end date
- a comment to add more information/context (optional).
Why use the memos :
You can create memos on your Zenchef reservation book to enable your staff to communicate easily by leaving message visible to all and that are not going to get lost like a post-it would!
A reminder: memos can be looked up on every page of your Zenchef reservation book and also when you record a new booking.
