Â
1. Which contacts are on my mailing lists?
They include guests who have agreed to receive newsletters and/or SMS campaigns (in accordance with the European law on the protection of personal data, known as the RGPD law). It is therefore normal for your "my customers" mailing list to be smaller than your "customer file".

- Excellent customers (status defined depending on number of bookings/client)
- Lost (status defined according to the frequency of bookings/client)
- To follow up (status defined according to the frequency of bookings/client)
- Recent (status defined according to the frequency of bookings/client)
- Regular (status defined according to the frequency of bookings/client)
- Very regular (status defined according to the frequency of bookings/client)
- Frequent (status defined according to the frequency of bookings/client)
