⚙️Customization of the booking list on the floor plan view
📝 We have re-worked your booking list for you to be able to pick the information you wish to display in the order that seems most appropriated.
➡️ The list occupies a smaller or larger size depending on the elements you have chosen to display and the floor plan size depends on the width of the list.
🕚 When you have many bookings, you need to keep track of time. Therefore we have implemented a time thread so you can prepare for the arrival of your next customers.
🔛 If you want to have a full floor plan view, you can just click on the toggle on the top right of the list to make it disappear/appear.
From your settings > bookings > floor plan > booking list, you can choose:
- to add bookings information to your list
- to display certain items as texts in separate columns or as icons(in order to save space)
- the order for all items and icons in the dedicated column
- whether to group bookings by time slots or not.
The default items of the list are: client - time - pax - booking status - icons (sources by default) - table.

⚠️ To choose to display certain items as text or as icons, you just need to click on the dedicated badge:
- The customer comment will be displayed as text (T selected) =>
- The booking status will be displayed as an icon (icon selected) =>
✅ Remember to save your selection at the bottom right of the page, after checking on the preview if the width of the list suits you.
🚨Late bookings on your floor plan 🚨
You can decide to have a visual indicator on your booking list warning you as soon as a booking is more than 15 ou 30 mins late. This will enable you to quickly contact your clients to find out if they are coming or not.
You just need to to go to settings > bookings > floor plan > booking list:

🆕📄 New booking card
We have re-worked the booking cards so you can access the information as regards to each booking in just the blink of an eye and make updates if needed.

👁 This new booking card also appears when hovering on a table, in read-only mode. This way you can efficiently welcome all your clients.

👫 Walk-in bookings
📑 After recording a walk-in, if you wish to link this booking to an existing customer sheet, you just need to click: create/link customer sheet then. Then type the last name to start the search and link if existing.

from your settings > my bookings > manual booking > book a table, you can choose if you want your walk-in bookings are recorded as arrived or seated.
