📢📢 Development of the credit card imprint! Now we let you ask for the credit card imprint when recording your bookings on your Zenchef dashboard; but also to systematically ask for it from your Zenchef booking widget on your website.

📩 A request is also sent to your client by email only if the email address has been recorded.
🔗 The page URL used to fill in the credit card information is automatically saved in the booking card so you can send it straight away to your clients by text message/mail in order to let them fill in these information themselves.
- Ask for the credit card imprint to clients directly when make a booking request on your widget
You can now decide to automatically ask for the credit card imprint as of a certain number of covers fixed beforehand in your settings.
⚙️ To do so, you just need to go to settings > my bookings > credit card imprint and enable the following option:
💰 Your clients will then have to fill in their credit card information straight away when making a booking request on to your widget.
📩 As a backup, a request will also be sent by email. Therefore, if your clients do not fill in their information when making the booking, they will be able to do so later on.
🔗 The URL of the dedicated page to fill in the credit card details will also be saved in the booking card so you can send it again to your client by text message/email or even on Facebook if you wish!
🕤 As long as your client's credit card information is missing, the booking status will be "waiting" (keep in mind the the covers of the booking will be deducted from your available stock).
