What You Need to Know / Tips
In addition to displaying a general message on your booking module, you can add service-specific comments. This allows you to communicate essential details, such as a special menu or specific service hours, directly to your customers.
1. Setting Up Comments via the Web Application
Add a comment directly from the service settings.

Go to your Settings.

Select the Services & Bookings tab, then click on Services.

Click on the service you want to add a comment to.

Enter your message in the Service Comment field.

Save your changes at the bottom of the page.
Your comment will appear within a few minutes on your booking module, above the corresponding service.
2. Setting Up Comments via the iOS App
To add a service-specific comment via the Zenchef iOS app:

Open the Zenchef app on your iOS device.

Go to the Settings section via the dropdown menu in the top left corner.

Select Bookings, then Service Types.

Tap on the service you want to add a comment to.

Enter your message in the Service Comment field.

Save your changes by tapping Save in the top right corner.
Your comment will appear within a few minutes on your booking module, above the corresponding service.
3. Common Issues & FAQs
Common Issues

The comment does not appear on the booking module.
Ensure that you have saved your changes after adding the comment. Also, verify that the service is active on your booking module. -
Customers cannot see the comment in their language.
Comments can be entered in multiple languages. Make sure to provide translations for your customers' preferred languages.

The comment is not visible on the Google Reserve module.
This comment field is only visible on the Zenchef booking module.

No, comments are specific to each service but remain the same for all days when the service is available.
