After your guests' visit, Zenchef allows you to automatically send them a satisfaction questionnaire to gather their reviews on your service. You are free to publish these reviews on your website or use this feedback to improve the experience at your establishment.
To improve your online reputation, Zenchef also offers you the opportunity to feed other platforms with reviews. Indeed, you can direct your clients to different review forms and define how often you want to redirect them to one form rather than another.
In order to access the configuration of your review request distribution, go to Settings at the top right of your space, then go to the Review tab.
Follow the following instructions to add a customer review collection tool:
1️⃣ Specify the platform name
In the first column, enter the name of the platform where you want to direct part of your clientele.
2️⃣ Provide the link to redirect to the review form
In the second column, paste the link of the review form you want to use in some of the review requests sent to your clients.
➡️ To get the link to your Google review form:

3️⃣ Define the redirection frequency
In the third column, select one of the three following options to define the frequency of using the link in Zenchef's review requests.
- Often - Redirects a large portion of clients to the specified link
- Sometimes - Redirects a small portion of clients to the specified link
- Never - Keeps the specified link but no longer directs clients to it
Note: these frequencies are relative, meaning that the reviews will be directed in almost the same way on platforms configured with the same frequency.
