Soon the end of customers who appear twice when you note a reservation. We detect potential duplicate customer records so that you only have to merge them.
❇️ 1- Go to your customer file in the Manage duplicates section (Zenbook > Customer File > Manage duplicates)
❇️ 2- Start the duplicate analysis by selecting one of the three following criteria: Last name/First name - Telephone - Email.
❇️ 3- Start the merge! It's very addictive, you'll see. 😅
Of course, all reservations will be linked to the new record created.
