This article explains the difference between the two options available for a newsletter that has already been sent.
From Zenmarketing, the newsletter tool allows you to create and send email communication to a distribution list.
When a newsletter has already been created, you can duplicate it or create a new newsletter from the template to keep the content and design of the previous newsletter.
1. Create a new newsletter using the same template
This action allows you to send a new newsletter to all registered customers in the distribution lists while retaining the template, content, and image of the previous newsletter.
You can then modify the content, choose the desired distribution list, and proceed with sending this new newsletter.
2. Duplicate a newsletter
This action allows you to send the previous newsletter to customers who have not received it in the previous send because they are not yet registered in your customer file or to another distribution list.
Note: When duplicating a newsletter, customers who received the previous one will not be able to receive this new newsletter.
