First, connect your Stripe account on the web version of your space.
To activate the credit card guarantee on one of your services, go to the Settings ⚙️ in the bottom right corner, then in Bookings and click on Shifts:
- click on the shift you want to activate the bank imprint on (example here: dinner). You will be redirected to a new page dedicated to the information of this service.
- Scroll down to the bottom and click on credit card guarantee settings.
- Then activate the credit card guarantee.

Set the settings to consider for this shift:

- Specify the amount to request per cover🍴💸 (choose carefully as you will not be able to modify it at the time of collection).
- Indicate within which period you allow your customers to cancel a reservation with a bank imprint(by selecting the number of "days before" as well as the frame of reference to consider: "the service" or "the reservation").
- Activate the automatic credit card guarantee request for online reservations.
- Set the minimum number of covers🍴from which you want to require a guarantee.
