It is possible to modify a reservation that:
- has already been confirmed.
- is pending confirmation.
Modify an already confirmed reservation
Simply go to your Booking notebook.
You can modify the time, date, or number of people by following one of the three possible options :
1: Click on the field you want to modify and then click on the checkmark to save the modification :
2: Click on the pencil in the top right corner and, once the reservation is modified, click on the "save" button at the bottom of the page :
3: Click on the clock in the bottom right corner and, once the reservation is modified, click on the "save" button at the bottom of the page :
Modify a pending confirmation reservation
If you are unable to accept the reservation from your customer, you can offer them another time before canceling the reservation.
First, click on the reservation from the Reservation Book, then click on the reservation to be modified and choose one of the following options:
1: Click on the time, make the modification, and then click on the checkmark to save :
2: Click on the pencil in the top right corner :
3: Click on the clock in the bottom right corner and modify the time :
In all three cases, the reservation will be changed to a "pending" status (yellow clock - WAITING CUST). A notification will be sent to the customer according to the chosen notification settings (by email or SMS).
- If the customer accepts, the reservation automatically changes to a "confirmed" status (green):
If the customer refuses, the reservation changes to a "rejected" status (red):
If the customer does not take any action, the reservation remains in a "waiting for customer" status (yellow):
