How do I set up the integration with Fiducial Pointex?
Make sure the descriptions of the table numbers in Zenchef and Fiducial Pointex are the same.
You can activate the integration with Pointex in your Zenchef environment via settings and the partner tab. You will find the partner under the category 'POS'. Click on the connect button next to the partner.
Reach out to your point of contact at Pointex so they can set up the integration on their end.
Zenchef Pay x Fiducial Pointex
📟 In order to be able to use Zenchef Pay in your establishment, one of the essential connections is with your cash register software.
Below you will find the steps to follow in order to make this connection, depending on the cash register you have:

To make this connection, you need an API Key.
The API Key is a key that allows us to integrate and exchange with your cash register.
To retrieve this information, contact Pointex. They will send it to you or can transmit it directly to your Zenchef Pay Training Manager.
Pointex will also provide you with all the necessary details regarding the installation and operation of the integration.
An intervention on your cash register software will be necessary for Zenchef Pay to function. Pointex will contact you directly to schedule an appointment based on your availability.
