How do I update my billing information?

In this article, you will find out how to update your billing information (name, address, payment method, etc.) directly from your Zenchef interface.

What you need to know

The billing information is used for issuing your Zenchef invoices. You can update it at any time from your web interface, as well as your payment method. 

 

1. Update your account contact information

Update your billing information directly from the “Billing” section of your Zenchef interface.

  1. Log in to your Zenchef interface via the Web application. 

  2. Click on your restaurant name at the bottom left, then choose the "Billing"  tab

  3. Click on the blue "Manage my subscription".  button
  4. Update the following information: 

    • Your contact details

    • Your company information

  5. Save. 

 

2. Update your billing address

  1. Log in to your Zenchef interface via the Web application. 

  2. Click on your restaurant name at the bottom left, then choose the "Billing"  tab

  3. Click on the blue "Manage my subscription".  button

  4. Click on the "Billing and shipping address".  link
  5. Update the following information: 

    • Your contact details

    • Your restaurant's address 

  6. Save. 

 

3. Update your payment method

  1. Log in to your Zenchef interface via the Web application. 

  2. Click on your restaurant name at the bottom left, then choose the "Billing"  tab

  3. Click on the blue "Manage my subscription".  button
  4. Click on the "Payment methods.  link
  5. Update the following information: 

    • Click on your already registered payment method to edit it

    • Or add a new payment method. 
  6. Save.

    Check that all required fields are filled in (name, address, identification number, etc.).

  • How do I receive my invoices at another email address?
    Edit the “Billing email address” field in the dedicated section.

  • How can I download my Zenchef invoices? 
    Download your invoices via the Billing History tab.
