What you need to know
The billing information is used for issuing your Zenchef invoices. You can update it at any time from your web interface, as well as your payment method.
1. Update your account contact information
Update your billing information directly from the “Billing” section of your Zenchef interface.
Log in to your Zenchef interface via the Web application.
Click on your restaurant name at the bottom left, then choose the "Billing" tab
- Click on the blue "Manage my subscription". button
- Update the following information:
Your contact details
Your company information
- Save.
2. Update your billing address
Log in to your Zenchef interface via the Web application.
Click on your restaurant name at the bottom left, then choose the "Billing" tab
Click on the blue "Manage my subscription". button
- Click on the "Billing and shipping address". link
- Update the following information:
Your contact details
Your restaurant's address
- Save.
3. Update your payment method
Log in to your Zenchef interface via the Web application.
Click on your restaurant name at the bottom left, then choose the "Billing" tab
- Click on the blue "Manage my subscription". button
- Click on the "Payment methods. link
- Update the following information:
Click on your already registered payment method to edit it
- Or add a new payment method.
- Save.
