What You Need to Know / Tips
Limiting the advance booking period allows you to better control reservations and prevent an excessive number of bookings for specific time slots. This feature gives you more flexibility to manage peak demand periods or adjust availability according to your needs.
1. Setting Up on the Web App
This feature is configured directly in your service settings.
To set it up:

Go to Settings.

Select Service & Reservations, then Service and Experience, and click on Services.

Click on the service you want to adjust.

In the Online Automation section (third tab), check the box labeled "Open the online reservations only when the service is approaching"

Set the maximum number of days in advance that customers can book this service. For example, you can allow bookings up to 2 months in advance.

Click Save and Close.
2. Setting Up on the Zenchef iOS App
This setting is not yet available on the Zenchef iOS app. Please access your account through the Web App to configure it.
