What is Gault&Millau?
Gault et Millau is a French restaurant guide.
Gault Millau rates restaurants on a scale of 1 to 20, with 20 being the highest. The points are awarded based on the quality of the food, with comments about service, price or the atmosphere of the restaurant given separately. Based on this rating, high-ranking restaurants may display one to five toques. Gault Millau does not accept payment for listing restaurants.
Why is an integration with Gault&Millau important?
An additional service to generate reservations and let new guests discover your restaurant. The restaurant has all their reservations within Zenchef so the occupancy of the restaurant is always up to date and Zenchef can act as the single source of truth for all reservations.
What does the integration with Gault&Millau include?
The integration between Gault & Millau and ZENCHEF allows restaurants to be directly bookable through the G&M website, enhancing the dining experience.
The restaurant search module based on availability queries the Zenchef system to display only results with availability based on the specified date and criteria.
How do I set up the integration with Gault&Millau?

A listing on the website must be requested through Gault&Millau.
Zenchef
The restaurant must authorize Gault&Millau to connect to their availability by allowing the connection from their back office. Activate the integration in your Zenchef environment, go through settings to the partners tab. Click the connect button next to 'Gault&Millau'.
Provide your Zenchef restaurantId to Gault&Millau via info@gaultmillau.be. You can find your Zenchef restaurantId at top of this page.
