By integrating with Thaïs, your reservations are always available in both systems and the statuses of reservations are also always up to date in both. This will save you a lot of time and always provide you with the same source of truth.

What does the integration with Thaïs include?

For this integration, we work with two-way synchronization of reservations. We obtain the reservations from Thais and forward the reservations from Zenchef to the partner.

How do I set up the integration with Thaïs?

1. Zenchef

In your Zenchef environment, go through settings to the partners tab. Click on the connect button next to partner Thais. Copy your restaurant's ID at the top of the page.

2. Thaïs

Provide your restaurant's ID to Thais by sending an email to support@thais-pms.com. Thais' customer care team will provide you with a link.

3. Zenchef

In your Zenchef environment, go through settings to the partners tab. Click the connect button next to 'Webhook reservation' at the top of the page. Paste the link into the field and click save.
