What you need to know

You can block bookings for a specific period or date using the Closing period setting.
This allows you to easily manage when you do not want to accept bookings, for example during an annual closure for holidays or renovations.

  • A closing period blocks all services on that date.

  • Do you want to close only one service of the day? Use the Show as fully booked option.

Common cases

  • Do you want to close several days and only open in the evening on your return day?
Create a closing period for the fully closed days. Use Show as fully booked to close only lunch on your first day back.

FAQ

  • Are bookings automatically cancelled when a closing period is created?
No, existing bookings are not automatically cancelled. Cancel them manually if you cannot accommodate these customers.

  • Can I block recurring periods?
Currently, only specific dates can be blocked one by one. Recurring periods must be added manually.
