How can I reset my password?

In this article, you’ll learn how to reset your password if you forget it.

1. Reset your Zenchef password

If you’ve forgotten your password, go here and enter your email. A form will be sent to you so you can choose a new password.

You can also:

Click Forgot password on this page, just above the Login button, below where you enter your credentials.
Then enter your email address.
An email will be sent to the address you provided.
In the email, click Reset password.
In the new form, enter your email address and type your new password in both fields.
Your password will now be updated.

I’m not receiving the email to reset my password. Check your spam or junk mail folder.
I don’t remember the email address I use to log in. Contact a team member who might have this information. If needed, contact the Zenchef Support team.

Can I reset my password myself? Yes, you can reset your Zenchef password on your own. Just follow the process above.
Can I change my password when I’m logged in? Yes, in Settings > My Profile.
