1. Reset your Zenchef password

If you have forgotten your password, go to this page then: 

  • Enter your email address 

  • Click on "Log in"

  • On the next page, click on "Forgotten password" 

  • Enter your email address again, use the one that is your Zenchef login. 

  • Click on "Send" 

  • An email will be sent to the address provided.

  • In the email, click on Reset password.

  • In the new form, enter your email address and type your new password in both corresponding fields.

  • Your password will now be this one.

    Check the spam or junk folder of your email inbox. 

     

  • I can't remember the email address I used to log in. 
    Contact the person in your team who may know this information. If necessary, contact the Zenchef Support team.

    Yes, absolutely, you can reset your Zenchef password yourself. Follow the process indicated above.
