2. Step-by-Step Guide to Create an Email Campaign
- Access the page Guests>Marketing>Email campaigns and click on "new campaign".

Name Your Campaign
Start by giving your campaign a name to keep it organized. -
Select a Template
Choose from pre-designed templates or start from scratch with a blank canvas. -
Customize Your Design
- Edit text by double-clicking and typing.
- Replace images by double-clicking and uploading a new file or selecting one from your gallery.
- Adjust fonts, colors, and backgrounds to fit your brand.

Use AI for Content Suggestions
Click on the AI-powered content suggestion tool to generate ideas or text for your campaign. -
Add a Subject and Preview Text
Write a compelling subject line and customize the preview text that appears in your recipients' inboxes. -

Note that only guests who accepts to receive marketing communications (opt-ins) will receive campaigns. You can see the number of opt-ins when selecting your audience.
3. Statistics
For each campaign sent, you'll see statistics relating to the campaign:
- Sent: number of emails sent. Test emails may also be included in this number (currently being studied).
- Opened: number of emails opened. This is not the only number of openings, so a guest may open the campaign 3 times, it will be counted as 3, which means that you may have more openings than sends.
- Clicked: number of clicks. This is not the only number of clicks, so a guest can click 3 times on the link, it will be counted as 3.
- Bookings (for email only): number of bookings.
- Errors :
- SMS errors: Errors are caused by duplicate numbers, unassigned numbers, wrong numbers or landlines.
- Mail errors: Errors are caused by duplicate or incorrect e-mails.
4. Additional Tips
- Undo/Redo: Use keyboard shortcuts like Cmd+Z to quickly revert or redo changes.
- Multi-venue Campaigns: If you manage multiple venues, create campaigns tailored to specific locations.
