What you need to know
You can view and manage responses to Zenchef's review request questionnaire directly from the Reviews tab in your Zenchef interface.
You have the option to reply in order to thank your customers or handle negative feedback in a professional manner.
You can also create and use pre-recorded (canned) responses.
1. Replying to reviews from the Web App
- Log in to your Zenchef interface and go to the Reviews tab.

Select the relevant review, then click the Reply button.

Write your response or choose a pre-recorded one.

Click Send.
Your customer will be notified of your reply (make sure customer notifications are activated).
2. Replying to reviews from the iOS and Android app
Open the Zenchef app on your mobile device.

In the menu at the top left, tap on the Reviews tab.

Tap on the relevant review.

Tap Reply.

Write your response or choose a pre-recorded one.

Tap OK to save.
