How to answer a review?

When a customers review your restaurant, you can manage reviews in Zenreviews tab.

To answer the review, click on reply under the review you received :

You have two options to respond to a review.

Write the response :

Or choose a saved reply.

Click here to know how to create saved reply.

In both cases, click send to complete the process.
