What you need to know
The opening hours shown on your Zenchef website let visitors know when your restaurant is open. These hours are independent of your booking slots and can be updated at any time from your Zenchef interface. They appear in the "Practical Information" section of your website.
1. Configure from the Web App
You can update your opening hours directly from your Zenchef interface.

Log in to your Zenchef interface from a computer.

Go to Settings > General & Team > General Information.

In the Opening Hours section, click Edit.

Tick the box "Day by day" if your hours vary depending on the day of the week.

Tick the box "Same for lunch and dinner" if your restaurant remains open continuously.

Adjust the open days and times based on your needs. Note that these hours are the ones displayed on your Zenchef (Zensite) website, not the booking hours.

Click Apply, then Save at the bottom of the page.
Your updated opening hours will appear under the ACCESS/CONTACT section of your Zenchef website.
Important: Do not confuse these opening hours with your booking slots — the times your guests can actually make a reservation.
Please note: if you are not using a Zenchef website (Zensite), the hours set in this section will not appear on your site.
2. Configure from the iOS and Android app
This setting is not yet available in the Zenchef mobile app.
Please log in to your Zenchef account from the Web App to make changes.

How do I differentiate between opening hours and booking slots?
Opening hours are visible on your site. Booking slots are configured under Settings > Services & Reservations. -
Can I add an exceptional closure?
Exceptional closures must be configured under the booking schedule (available in Settings > Services & Reservations).
It is currently not possible to set special opening hours for a specific date.
