Why is an integration with 'Strobbo' important?
The integration between Zenchef and Strobbo enables our customers to make swift adjustments to staffing levels based on the number of persons.
What does the integration with 'Strobbo' include?
Strobbo is able to retrieve the number of persons per service. These numbers will be displayed on the planning next to the Zenchef icon.
Disclaimer
Strobbo currently only supports 2 services:
- Shifts starting and ending between lunch start and stop time are considered Lunch.
- Shifts starting after lunch end time are considered Dinner.
How do I set up the integration with 'Strobbo'?
1. You can activate the integration with Strobbo in your Zenchef environment via settings and the partner tab. You will find the partner under the category 'Staff Management'. Click on the connect button next to the partner.
2. Send an email with your RestaurantID and API token to support@strobbo.com. You cand find this information at the top of the page https://app.zenchef.com/zw#/parameters/partners.
