What should I do if my customer doesn't show up after a booking (no show) ?

If your customer doesn't honor their reservation, the first thing to do is prevent notification forms from being sent to them.

  • Set the reservation to "no show" status
  • Set a customer file to "no show" status : Setting the reservation to "no show" status automatically activates the customer file to "already no show" status.
