What You Need to Know
From your Schedule settings, you can configure the periods during which your guests can book a table. Each service (e.g., lunch or dinner) has specific hours that you can modify according to your needs.
You can modify your services from inside the web app, or from your iOS phone or tablet.
1. Edit your opening hours and days
Click on the service you want to modify (e.g., "Lunch").
A dedicated window for this service will open. The first tab (General Information) allows you to modify the service name, opening days, and bookable hours. Adjust these details as needed.
Click Save and Close. If you want to modify additional service details (for example, Capacity Limits), click Next to advance to the next tab, make your changes there, then click Save and Close.
2. Adjust availabilities for each service
From the second tab (Capacity Limits) of the same service settings as indicated above, you can adjust:
Areas per service
Guests per reservation
Restaurant full capacity
Guest limits per time slot
Seating and Buffer duration
Be sure to save your changes when you are done making adjustments.

Changes are not being applied — Ensure that you have saved your changes and then refresh the page.

How do I modify hours only for specific days? — If certain days of the week have different hours, create a specific service for those days by duplicating the existing service and adjusting the relevant days. If it applies to only specific dates (e.g., New Year's Eve), create a service exception instead.
Where can I manage the opening hours displayed on my Zenchef website? — The visible opening hours on your website can be modified here: Settings > General & Team > General Information > Contact & Hours.
