What you need to know
Rooms are visible directly from your reservations tab. Your customers, however, do not have access to the view of your room layouts.
Creating separate rooms for your different areas allows you to better distribute your tables (e.g.: main room, terrace, floor, private lounge), and to monitor their occupancy more easily.
1. Create a room from the web application
Go to the tab Settings > Service & Reservations > Rooms and tables > Layout
Click on the "New room" button.
Name your room. For example: "Terrace".
Click on the "Add a table" button. See this article for more details on managing tables: How to add a table to my room?
You can also add elements to help your team orient themselves such as the bar, stairs or plants with the "add a decoration" button.
Once all your tables are created and placed, confirm and save your changes.
2. Create a room from the iOS application
Via the dropdown menu at the top left, access your settings > Reservations > Rooms and tables.
Click on the + icon to Add a room.
The "pencil" icon allows you to rename the room. For example: "Terrace".
The "table" icon allows you to create and place your tables on the layout. See this article for more details on managing tables: How to add a table to my room?
Once all your tables are created and placed, confirm and save your changes.

I want to distinguish the terrace and the indoor room.
This is perfectly possible, for this create two separate rooms in your settings: the terrace and the indoor room.I want to enable a room only on certain days.
For this, it is necessary to activate the "Table stock" feature. It will allow you to manage your availability by area and by service.
FAQs
Can I delete a room?
Yes, click on the trash can icon to delete a room. Note that if you just want to close the room for a while (e.g.: your terrace during winter), it is possible to disable a room by dissociating it from your services. This will save you from having to recreate it the following season.Do my customers see my room layouts?
No, under no circumstances will your customers see your room layout. If you have activated the "Room choice" feature, they will only see the names of the rooms, but not their details and arrangement.
