Why is an integration with Booking Shake important?
Customers are able to copy reservations directly from Booking Shake to Zenchef. Therefore the restaurant has all their reservations within Zenchef so the occupancy of the restaurant is always up to date and Zenchef can act as the single source of truth for all reservations.
What does the integration with Booking Shake include?
Booking Shake enables privatizations and event bookings to be added into ZenchefOS. It's a powerful tool for tracking events, and allows you to block the availability of Zenchef's table settings until the event has been validated in Bookingshake.
How do I set up the integration with Booking Shake?
You can activate the integration with Booking Shake in your Zenchef environment via settings and the partner tab. You will find the partner under the category 'Reservation services'.
- Click on the connect button next to the partner.
- The restaurant must provide their Zenchef restaurantId to Booking Shake via hello@bookingshake.com. The restaurant can find their Zenchef restaurantId at top of this page.
