Why is an integration with Superhost important?
The integration with Superhost ensures that data from all the different tools used by a restaurant can be collected and analysed in the same application, giving the restaurant a global overview.
What does the integration with Superhost include?
Superhost retrieves information from various systems used by the restaurant (all-in 1 data reporting platform): reservations from the reservation system, data from the cash register, reviews from Google or the staff scheduling system. The restaurant is able to determine different KPI’s for each of the domains.
In the case of Zenchef, Superhost will retrieve information related to reservations. This can then be analysed in Superhost: the number of reservations, the number of persons, when reservations are made, how many groups etc.
Disclaimer
Updates aren’t real time. Superhost will retrieve the data from a customer on an hourly basis. Superhost will also do a weekly sync to make sure all data has been retrieved.
How do I set up the integration with Superhost?
You can activate the integration with Superhost in your Zenchef environment via settings and the partner tab. You will find the partner under the category 'Loyalty' or ‘Analytics’.
- Click on the connect button next to the partner.
- Provide your Zenchef restaurantId to Superhost. You can find your Zenchef restaurantId at top of this page.
