Why is an integration with Le Petit Futé important?
- An additional service to generate reservations and let new guests discover your restaurant.
- The partner is able to display the widget of the restaurant and let guests create reservations. Therefore the restaurant has all their reservations within Zenchef so the occupancy of the restaurant is always up to date and Zenchef can act as the single source of truth for all reservations.
What does the integration with Le Petit Futé include?
Each restaurant has it's own business page on https://www.petitfute.com/. On this business page Le Petit Futé will integrate: the Zenchef SDK widget of the restaurant.
Reservations made via these widgets will be tagged with the source 'lepetitfute'. That way, you can find out in your ZenchefOS which reservation service the reservation came through and how many reservations you generated over a period of time through this service.
How do I set up the integration with Le Petit Futé?
- You can activate the integration with Le Petit Futé in your Zenchef environment via settings and the partner tab. You will find the partner under the category 'Reservation services'. Click on the connect button next to the partner.
- You have to provide your Zenchef restaurantId to your contact person at Le Petit Futé. The Zenchef restaurantId can be found at the top of this page.
