What does the integration with LEO2 include?
- Sending reservations and guest details from Zenchef to LEO2.
- Direct access to your Zenchef environment via LEO2.
- Updating reservation statuses.
- Creation of walk-in reservations from the POS to Zenchef.
- Retrieval of billing information, saving the average spent on the profile of the guest in Zenchef.
How to properly use the integration with LEO2?
LEO2
Clicking on the Zenchef function will open ZenchefOS on your browser and will ask you to identify yourself. Once identified, each click on the Zenchef function will take you directly to today's overview of reservations on Zenchef.
Reservations and their details are accessible from the RESA checkout function.
When a table is open on LEO2 and this table number exists on your Zenchef reservation plan, a walk-in reservation with the status "arrived" is automatically added on Zenchef.
For a table that has already been reserved and within a -1h / +1h interval, confirmation is requested. Once confirmed the status of the reservation will change to "seated" on Zenchef.
When the bill on the table is paid or released has been released on the POS, the table will also be released on Zenchef, and the status of the reservation will change to "finished".
Disclaimer
- The integration between LEO 2 and Zenchef can only work if the floor plan is identical on both applications: the tables must have the same descriptions.
- LEO2 will not take into account Zenchef reservations that have the status 'waiting'.
- Vouchers and prepayments are not synced.
- No integration with Zenchef Pay.
How do I set up the integration with LEO2?
Zenchef
- You can activate the integration with Leo2 in your Zenchef environment via settings and the partner tab. You will find the partner under the category 'Point of sales'. Click on the connect button next to the partner.
- Copy your Zenchef AUTH token and restaurantId. You can find both credentials at the top of this page.
Leo2
The exchange of information between Zenchef and LEO2 has been effective since version 2.52.098. A PRO+ licence is required.
Enter your Zenchef AUTH token and restaurantId in the general parameters of your LEO2 (general parameters ZENCHEF) as illustrated below.
Add the Zenchef function to the LEO2 keyboard. You can also add the "RESA" checkout function to the keyboard.
If you also want to send the table amount to ZenChef, you have to modify the leo.ini to add the following text: [ZENCHEF] ENVOYER_SOLDE=1
