Why is an integration with Pasy important?

Integrating Pasy ensures that tables assigned to events are properly reserved in Zenchef, preventing double bookings and ensuring smooth coordination between the systems.

What does the integration with Pasy include?

  • When a reservation is created, modified, or deleted in Pasy, the corresponding activities are automatically synchronized with Zenchef.
  • There is no communication from Zenchef back to Pasy.

Information exchanged from Pasy to Zenchef

All activities related to an event in Pasy (that are linked via Locations to Zenchef tables) will be automatically added to Zenchef as reservations. Each reservation includes:

  • Guest name
  • Date, start time, and end time
  • Number of guests
  • Phone number

Information exchanged from Zenchef to Pasy

To verify the correct setup of the restaurant and to place the reservation on the appropriate tables, the following information is retrieved from Zenchef:

  • Restaurant
  • Booking rooms
  • Tables
  • Zenchef booking IDs

All reservations coming from Pasy will be marked with the identifier Pasy.

How do I set up the integration with Pasy?

You can activate the integration with Pasy in your Zenchef environment via settings and the partner tab. You will find the partner under the category 'Event services'.

  1. Click the Connect button next to the partner. This allows Pasy to access your restaurant’s configuration.
  2. Provide your Zenchef restaurantId to Pasy:
  • Log in to Pasy, navigate to the Integration tab, and select Zenchef.
  • Enter your restaurantId on this page to link Pasy Locations to Zenchef Tables.
  • You can find your Zenchef restaurantId at the top of the Zenchef integration page.
